1. I just placed and order. When will it ship? All jewelry is handmade to order. For this reason, you can expect orders to ship within 2-4 weeks. However, many times we are able to ship sooner. Need it sooner for a special event or gift? Email us and we will do our best to work within your time frame. Custom, bridal and large orders may require extra time.
2. What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the handmade, custom nature of the jewelry, all sales are final. However, should you find your jewelry does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the piece for exchange options. Sometimes, a simple rework transforms it into the piece you had imagined. We always want you to walk away with something that feels special and perfect for you!
3. Is my information kept private? You can buy with confidence knowing that we guarantee your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Additionally, all payment information submitted to mimi&lu remains secure and with our secure paypal check out system, we never even see your credit card number or personal info.
4. How will my jewelry arrive? View our unique packaging here! Each package is adorned a tad differently with unique ribbons and closures. Great for gift giving or just a treat for yourself. Your jewelry will arrive packaged securely in a padded envelope or box. Please note this packaging is exclusively available to online retail sales only.
5. Shipping costs? Sales Tax? Currently shipping is $3 flat fee (within US) on all regular priced items. Some discounted purchases will cost $5 to ship (within US) Custom order costs may fluctuate based on weight and cost of pieces. All packages shipped to addresses within CA will be charged sales tax. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged a flat shipping fee of $20. Please note: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Mimi & Lu has no control on whether your package will be subject to additional duties.
